How Do I - Join a Meeting

Who can use this feature?

  • Full Access Members, Partners, Guests, State Owners and external stakeholders: can join GovTEAMS meetings.

Join meetings using a link:

  1. Open the meeting link.
  2. Check what account you are using. If needed, select Change to swap to your GovTEAMS account.

     
  3. Choose your video and audio options. Select Join Now.
     

Open meetings from Microsoft Teams:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams Desktop or Teams on the web and check that you are logged in with your GovTEAMS account by clicking your avatar/initials.
  2. Open the Teams calendar from the left hand rail.
  3. Select Join

Resources:

  1. Open the invitation email and select the “Click here to join the meeting” link.
  2. Select if you want to continue in the browser or join on the Teams app.
    • If using Teams on the web, select Allow for use your microphone and camera.
  3. Enter your name.
  4. Set up your audio and video and select Join Now.
